I bought this as a mothers day gift for my 85 year old mother. I would think this is the demographic that this is intended for. I put the hose on it and it could not wind it up with out help, the tracker went all the way to the right but was short 2" on the left. Trying to get the hose out of the cart was ridiculously difficult and I am perfectly capable so there is no way an elderly person could use this and even if they did it will not last more than a week.
